1. Services
Weblyx Studio provides web development, mobile app development, e-commerce solutions, and maintenance services. The specific scope of work, timelines, and deliverables for any project will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal provided to the client.
2. Payments and Deposits
A 30% deposit is required to begin work on any project. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final handoff of assets and code. For ongoing maintenance services, billing will be performed on a monthly or annual basis as agreed upon.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing all necessary content (text, images, logos, etc.) and timely feedback during the development process. Delays in providing content or feedback may result in adjustments to the project timeline.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all fees, the client will own the source code and project assets created specifically for their project. Weblyx Studio retains the right to use the project in its portfolio and for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Weblyx Studio, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or our services. Weblyx Studio shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website or our services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of West Bengal, India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.
